We will deliver your product within 7 – 10 Days after order.

All returned products must be unworn, unwashed with complete accessories, and have all original tags and packing intact. After 30 days, you can still return items with GC approval if the items meet the return criteria stated above or otherwise we reserve the right to reject the return.

Can I exchange a GC order?
The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?
If your item is potentially defective or faulty, and it’s been less than 30 days since your GC purchase, simply return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please call us to return the item.

How do I return a GC store purchase?
Store purchases need to be returned to the store. Please be aware that store returns policies may differ from online returns policies. If you’re unable to return your purchase at the store, see our warranty information for additional details.
